Review! Angel’s Halo by Terri Anne Browning

(Reviewed by Cathy Stansell of Rochelle’s Reviews)

Angel's Halo by Terri Anne BrowningThis is the first book of Terri Anne Browning I have read. I am fixing to go in a few months to a book convention. I am trying to read something by each author that will be there. So I decided to try one of these. I was so glad that I did.

I have to say I am a true to the bone MC Romance book reader. I love MC Romance books and if there is one available I am going to read it. This one did not disappoint me in any way. Actually it was a little on the calm side for a biker book.

I immediately feel madly in love with Sebastian “Bash” Reid. He has a big secret to look out for. He is true to his word and he is an over protective type of a person. This being a POV read I loved it when it was Bash who was telling the story.

Raven Hannigan is a sweet girl. Her mother died when she was young. Her dad and brothers were the ones that raised her. Her father is the president of the MC Club. I love the way she bickers with her brothers. She is funny and can hold her own. Everyone in the club is protective of her but she does not come across as a spoiled brat.

Raven and Bash are first friends and only friends. Raven is off limits for anyone in the club. She is the forbidden fruit that Bash can not resist. This book is a little different in the case that there was not a lot of sex in it. The story line is so good that you really do not miss the ton of sex that is in most biker books.

The club is one big family without the blood. They all have each others backs and I liked that. They play a lot teasing each other and you will catch yourself laughing at them.

The book ends kind of a cliffhanger. It is a happy ending but it makes you want to read the next one.

Terri Anne Browning is a great writer and I loved the way she developed the characters. I will be reading more in this series. Thanks for a great read.
